Right, New update.......

Firstly, Engine is about 90% Built, Head is on & torqued up. My comression Ratio has been worked out and is bang on, as is my squish. Water pump, Oil Pump, Oil Pick up, Water pipes, Cams, are done.

Secondly, I have had word about the Gearbox........The Final Gear set went in smoothly and is apparently a \"minter\", No issues, Syncros are good, gears are good. Which is a mighty relief.

Thrdly, My Light weight propshaft arrived a while ago, not sure if a posted that it arrived, but it has. Very Very pleased with it. Substantially lighter than stock..

Fourthly, My Custom Ignition system is here, Coil Packs, Sensors etc. Should give a very good spark. (Much Cheaper than i was fearing aswell.. , which is good)

Fabrication should be in full flow this weekend, Custom End tanks for My custom Radiator and Intercooler. Inlet & Exhaust manifolds, Downpipe, Screamer..... . Throttle body is going to be attached onto inlet mani via V-Band, to allow, Easy change, Easy adjustment, Easy Maintenance etc.

The Plan is, and unless a serious problem arises, the GT4 should be back for Rotorstock and ready to run in.... And Hopefully Be ready to Rock and Roll on its Full Map for J.A.E. (Finger Crossed).

Yay..........good news dude..........tell me when it's ready and i'll show you how to drive it properly....... :laugh...........

Well what did you expect.... .....just keep away from the spanners and everything should go without a hitch..........try not to break the gearstick or the steering column off when you first drive it.......... ...........i don't know......at least this one is 4wd so you should be able to crawl it out of the big soggy puddles you tend to park in at shows.........good grief........(Mr.G shakes head and shuffles off into the sunset)

Some Photo's of the Engine, Rocker cover on and painted





The Rocker only looks green in the photos, lol. but it is Chromoflare paint (From Nissan). It has Purple, Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Bronze tints and changes. Looks cool in real life, especially cause the rocker cover has a few straight edges, and lumps, you get mixtures of the above colours.

Obviously the Turbo Flange and Wastegate Take off needs Doing, but it's close.

Steve and Kate are working their arse's off to get it done, *** the Almighty is down all week to help as well, But i Don't know. If it is'nt, it'll be ready Next Week.

If it's not done, it's not for the want of trying on Steve's part. But ultimatly it not going to be rushed.

Well, a little update...

Gearbox is now bolted onto the engine. Big big thanks to Mr G and Minitony for all your help on sunday.

Engine was back in the car Monday, and lightweiht propshaft is now bolted on too.

Its getting there now
