Just a few ideas Dave..

...Club paypal linked to club event sign up possible, i.e. minimal admin for organising stands (before Tommo has a melt down )?
...Raise funds for club stand banner / sail etc.
...Regular (monthly?) club meets - oranisation of which could be rotated throuout admins or nominees and set up at different locations to keep it interesting and accessible to our more distant members, would help with raising funds, new members etc, etc..
...Admin nomination - share the load.
