My New Corolla

Finally got chance to get some pics up, still not happy with them tho, cant seem to get the colour of the wheels, maybe they are just too bright . Here Goes

after the wheels were on i decided the trd sticker looked well out of place so a quick phonecall to the graphics company at work and they sent some matching vinyl





Finally my personal favourite after a quick wash off really pulls the whole car together i think, the wheels, cannards and shine on the paint also shows the pearl too

Looking awesome mate! I am sure the wheels look alot better up close and personal, it is difficult to get a camera with a high enough resolution to pick up the finer details. Nice touch with vinyl!

Are they a pain to keep clean or have you had them laquered or coated or something to minimise damage, fade and dirtyness?

cheers mate i love this car and would probably say its my best yet. keeping them clean isnt really a problem with not using the car daily but the brake dust is a problem where the spokes are next to the rim. i jet wash it off after most drives gets rid of the dust too and helps reduce the swirl marks in the paint.

had a de cat resonator fitted last weekend, worried that it would make the exhaust a little louder i was surprised when it actually seems to be a little quieter and has given a slightly deeper exhaust note.

but the main thing is, any faster?

not much has happened recently with the car just getting the wheel bearing, oil and tax sorted

well i am sure that things will happen soon enough

Not a lot has happened recently with the corollas development but heres a quick update. I have replaced the ns front brake caliper only to find the o/s is now sticking too so gotta look into that and hopefully its just an air lock or something simple, then i can continue with the painting of the hub conversion and calipers.
I have purchased a powerflow eco-tek valve and am in the process of colour coding the filter as the anodised blue top didnt really match the car.
Also got a Tegiwa Rear Towing Eye and new Angry Birds Mascot
