glad to hear it's nearlly there mate! Bout fookin time

It's nearly 18 months methinks.........but will be well worth it......think most of the time was taken up with the development of a new anti-clump pedal box set-up......the pedal set up had to be modified to account for the Sasquatch's(Marjorie) Breeze-Block feet........not an easy task considering the original pedal set-up was designed by Toyota to be operated by human beings and not the present owner........also any technical item had to be removed from the car and and be replaced with "Fisher Price" items to ease in it's use........also a crayon and blackboard set have been integrated into the ICE system to alleviate boredom issues on long journeys and should prevent "chew damage" to some of the more critical items such as the steering wheel plus obvious soft furnishings damage.......
Be nice to see on the stand at Rising Sun........be cool to erect Tonys tyre swing as well.....that way he can sit in comfort whilst answering questions on the GT4.......

Real quick update,

Slight delay in the plans, my passenger side Front hub is buggered, so i'm sourceing a replacement.

But wok is progressing in other areas, this is the mock up of the wastegate..



As you will also see, oil lines / Oilfilter relocation kit is progressing too.

Trial fitting of my HS&R gauge pillar pod, and apart from having to sand the pod opening down a bit, the gauges fit nicely. Very pleased with the overall fit / look.

Space is becoming an issue with the Oil lines / Filter Relocation / Thermostatic control, espicially once the AN fittings are taken into consideration. Some creative thinking is needed to make sure everything fits.

Slight issue with the fit of the Inlet Mani with the fuel rail.... going to need a flange to space the mani out from the head.. But nothing to serious.

Another Update.

Things have been moving nicely and swiftly over the last week.

Oil lines / Oil Filter Relocation etc, placment and fit has been worked out, just need to make 2 brackets, One for the Relocation Plate and the other for the Thermostatic Control.

Ordered a bit more -6 Fuel line, (Slaps forhead) Enough was'nt ordered.

Exhaust Mani has been wrapped in DEI Exhaust wrap and painted with the DEI VHT paint, plus it make the wrap a black colour which looks pretty cool.

The Screemer Pipe has been finished off, and wraped and painted as above.

Exhuast is finished bar the "Tail" pipe, and again wrapped and painted upto flexi.

The Link Air Temp Sensor has been fitted to my intake pipe just ahead of the TB. As have the Sensor for my SPA Air Temp Gauge.

EGT Sensor has been fitted to my Mani.

Crank Position Sensor/Sender has been fitted and aligned

Oil Lines / Fuel lines have been wrapped in Temp resistant jackets

Bracket for my fusebox have been made and fitted, as per Photo -


Hub Centric Spacers Designed and made to my specs (Front and rear) because the ST205 Stock 3 spokes with 245x45x16 tyres were slightly catching my teins.

HS&R twin a pillar gauge pod now fitted securly (with thw wiring for both SPA Gauges)

ST202/205 Front Corner splitters now fitted to the CS Front Bumper and look cool in my opinion. Ver pleased with them


Things to do -

Fit new bearing into my replacment Front Hub, attach ST205 Brake Caliper and disc, fit Spacer and Fit Wheel
Tweak the Exhaust slightly
Fit The New Engine Oil Cooler and New Gearbox Oil Cooler
Finish fitting the loom
Make brackets for the Coil Packs
Fit Interior back in car
Sort fitting of my PLX Diagnostics Disply, 3rd SPA Gauge, Link Boost Controler
Final Interior Wiring
Map the ECU and Run in

The replacment hub should be here tomorrow, and once thats fitted the car will be off the ramps and basically it's simple stuff from then on.

Andy, it will sooooooo be at rising sun, the real question is will it be there all mapped up, or still running in..... Time will see.

The running in will be done quickly, i might even do a road trip to clock the miles up... but as i'm only doing 500ish miles, it should'nt take too long.
