with a shed load of trophies and slot on top gear who cares about cash, i also restored SLE 71R from the minder sreies.

Just found this thread...........No offence Jerry but i had a capri once.......and didn't like it i only kept it for a month..........it had been modded though with a 2.1 Engine and webbers......i just didn't like it.
A mate of mine had a Tickford and i also didn't like that..........im not dissin Capri's.......but i just couldn't see the appeal.........Think you are better off with the Supra.......
PS..........Your's looks a nice car in the piccy's though............

Yep i know where your coming from Mr G Capri's are like marmite love em or hate em. No oofence taken.

Think your'e right there Jerry...........one thing i did like on the Capri i owned was the gear change,it was silky smooth......never felt a better change on a car since......to be honest i don't really like a lot of the Ford performance cars really............apart from Cossie's which back in the day brought real performance and affordability to the great unwashed....lol
Im not Jap biased......even though my present 3 cars are Japanese......i would still buy other car's........
Was talking to Silverline Steve...the other day about 911's.....i would still buy one of those.............and one of my favourite car's of all time is a Renault 5 \"Turbo 2\"...best set of rear arch's ever..... the intakes are awesome.........

Agreed apart from 911 drove one at silverstone Very Very boring car!!!!!!!!!!!!!
