Hard to tell from the pics.
This is how a good spark plug should look.
The colour (Grey-tan to white) shows that the engine is running well.
Fouled with carbon deposits.
This can be a common thing on hard driven cars. It indicates a rich
fuel mixture, weak ignition or wrong plug (too cold).
Think about a tune-up or mini-service consisting of new
air filter, ignition leads, carb clean etc.
This is how a good spark plug should look.

the second picture looks relevant to my plugs, so its not running lean at least by the description. it drives fine so im probably gonna leave it.

Yeah mate..........they aren't rich in any case........hard to tell if they are too lean or not without close inspection.......as long as the colour isn't too white and too far spread over the plug \"finger\" you should be o.k..........shouldn't be as critical on N/A as on Turbo'ed anyway......
