JAE Entertainment & Food Plan - in association with Pabz Promotions
MR G & myself are going to puchase a cheap bbq from Makros (£45) to take to JAE. The idea is that we can have the mother of all bbqs Friday and Saturday night so we can all have a party some nice food and a laugh! We will also use the bbq to cook breakfast on saturday and sunday morning. The main reason for doing this is that as you well know the food at shows is expensive, if we do this it will save you all money and you will have more food!
in addition to the BBQ there will be a couple of camp stoves and a kettle to make tea and coffee, and Mrs G has offered to make us a big pot of chilli!
As discussed with a few members at the pub, if everyone puts in a couple of quid towards the cost of the bbq, after the show if it is not wanted it can be thrown in the trash! We estimated that we would need 6 bags of coal to run the bbq for the entire weekend (friday-sunday), Again if we all chip in it is fair for everyone.
And of course we will need food, if you all bring food, whatever you want to eat we will put it all together and we can all have a fantastic breakfast saturday and sunday morning and have an awesome BBQ party friday and saturday night!
We have a gazeebo for JAE as well, it is huge so we will be using it for the kitchen for the BBQ etc, seating areas and the music will be in there aswell (Gregs Starlet).
So please help us make this an awesome show and chip in towards the event entertainment, we only want to make it easier on your pockets for the food and make sure everyone an excellenet and fun show!
if anyone has any suggestions please let me know, any food suggestions you may want to add or any entertainment you may feel necessary!
Thanks
Paul & Andy G

can you all bring your own chairs so we all have somewhere to sit, as i am sure you all like to sit in your own chair.
suggested food list for bbq
sausage
bacon
burgers
bread
baps for burgers
milk
we will also have a camping stove as well and a kettle so if you want to bring:
tea
coffee
milk
beans
tomatoes
and anything else you may like to eat.
Mrs G is doing a pot of chilli as well so jacket potatoes could be done if you bring tin foil we can put them on the coals!!!
please bring what you want to eat so you have enough for the whole weekend!

alternativley there is a tesco 2 minutes from JAE, so if you dont have methods of storing foods that need to be chilled, simply dont take any, and go tesco before we start cooking! every little helps lol. let me know if you want any dollars towards BBQ etc paul...
