JAE Donation Bucket. Please Read.

Had a discussion with Dave and Minty tonight, about collection at JAE of money for stand space. Dave thought it unfair at the prospect i may lose out if people dont chip in. So... the idea arose that we take a sealed bucket, EVERYONE chips in, i take out the equivilant of what JAE cost me and the rest goes into club fund. i have currently recieved 7 pounds. dave 3, jim 2, mr g 1 tony 1. so i will take 30 (im paying towards stand too) to cover myself. Basically this is not a money making racket, we all use the club facilities, we all expect the BBQ's and Gazebo, people pinch others chairs, lets put something back into the club so no ones at a loss for their troubles. This is not a dig, this is a sensible moment before the madness.

Too right..........no one should be out of pocket.....

Think we ought to build up the club fund for this years events.......there has been talk of banners etc....so i think we should start contributing to the 2010 fund.....as always this is voluntary and there is no requirement to do so.....if you want to give....let Tony(Sasquatch)have the monies........all the monies received will go towards club expenses such as t-shirts,stickers etc.......

speaking of banners/ flags etc i am onto a company we use at work just waiting for prices
