Using the club fund

This is a call out to all that have contributed to the club fund.

I've spoken to a few people and an idea as formed to purchase a "Good Quality" Gazebos, but i wanted to ask everyone who contributed to the fund to have a say.

These are two i've been looking at.. What do you think?

1st... 3m x 4m and 3m high..... Capacity 20 people or 10 with a table. Cost £179

Im with you Tony.......you never know who turns up on the day........think the smaller one may get a bit cramped if a lot turn up unexpected.........

thats all good but can i raise a point.

transport and storage.

I can store......but not much room in a GTR boot.........we may be able to split the load up between different vehicles..........

We also need a good large,easily set-up/transported BBQ as well.........remember how at previous shows we have all saved a bundle by cooking ourselves......plus it's a good source of heat for all the "girly" members plus the ladies........Think about it every burger you buy is about £3-£5.00.....it only cost us all £5.00 each for a weekend at most of the shows last year........opinions/ideas please........

I'm working on this andy mate.

Had another thought............we could do with a couple of rechargeable lanterns for the gazebo as well........we currently only have the ones a couple of us bring......

indeed, light is useful when you are trying to cook for the masses as well as partying in the dark!

I believe that we will be using the club fund to pay for the graphic set up charges for the tshirts etc, soon as I know what it is i will post it up

Good idea.....think a few of us core members should have a whip round if there isn't enough.....
