2009 Shows, please read. ta.

hello. just doin my first bit for the club for 2009. just wanted to know whats happening with shows this year. we all gonna go? i dont mind organising again but i will want money for tickets as soon as i book up, if not before. santa pod now has this ruling:

Changes for 2009
To have a club area we require clubs to purchase all of their tickets in advance to guarantee their pitch. This can be done as a large club booking or by individual members ringing in to book their own (they must let us know which club the tickets are for). Therefore if you wish to have a 20 car space you will need to buy 20 admission tickets in advance. Tickets can be purchased online through our website or by calling us in the office on 01234 782828. If ordering online then please remember to enter the clubname in the comments section.

...so we will have to work round that.

another issue raised today is that after a word with old git from midlands honda, he has a few members from our club (marty/cheryl) who in an ideal world would like to show with both clubs. his idea was a joint stand, my idea was a stand a piece next to each other. like i said, we dont really go to show cars, we get a stand as its secure parking and were closer to the beer tent so i say mart and cheryl, show with mids honda if you want, but dont forget beer tent antics lol

Japfest 2009 - Castle Combe Circuit (Bristol) - Saturday 16th May

JTS = Sunday 31st May - Silverstone

JapShow 2009 - Sunday 21st June at Santa Pod Raceway

RotorStock 6 - Sunday 11th July at Santa Pod Raceway

JAE2009 TBC

JapShow Finale 2009 - Sunday 4th October at Santa Pod Raceway

Never missed one last year......will try to do the same this year........

Unfortunately I cannot sign up for anything this far in advance, as work has this annoying tendancy to stitch me up whenever I do.

I'll attempt to make them, but the only one I can say for sure is JAE.

I'll deffo make Rising Sun, Rotorstock, Jap Show Finale.

If there will be a JNC presance at Japfest, i'll go aswell. (Bristol will be different)

Same as JTS at silverstone, if JNC is going, i'll go.

Only Japshow in June is maybe a no go for me, as thats pretty close to Le-mans, like a week after.....

Ah man, I've just discovered JAE has been dumped from Mersea Island, and currently doesn't have a site... what a pisser

iam deffo at rising sun (got it booked off) not sure about jae, iam going but i mean stand wise..chances are iam on MSC as i was commited to that fourm first...altough thats not deffiante lol

I will be going to most but am on holiday from May 15th-30th so will miss a couple.

Tommo its always hard for me to get money to you so do you have a paypal account ? if so can you pm it to me and i can pay that way. If not another option is i send you a cheque for say £100 and you can use it throughout the year for my tickets.
