Corolla T Sport was created by rory_webb_182
Hey everyone. it's been about a year and a half since i last posted on here. I used to have a Starlet SR but, i lent it to a friend whilst away with the Armed Forces and he wrapped it round a tree and killed it.So my SR is no more. I was looking at Civic Type-R's for ages and had my heart set on one. Then i randomly came across the T Sport after talking with my dad (who works for Toyota Worcester). The parts guy who works for him had a T Sport for sale that had been sat in their compound for 5 months. He was asking for £1000 for it. I took a look the next day and bought it there and then.
So now i have a 2001 Corolla T Sport 1.8 187/190 BHP in Thinder Grey.
This car is mental. he first time i drove it i couldn't stop smiling, such a difference to a 1.3 Starlet SR.
I haven't done anything to it yet as it's very early days. There are a few bumps and scratches that i intend to get sorted and it also sits way to high on standard springs. So i invested in some Apex lowering springs for now until i can afford coilovers. The brakes need some tlc but i think i'll just upgrade pads and disks in time for the next MOT. I'm thinking about tints in the rear 3 windows. and a mod i'm most looking forward to is a K&N Typhoon Induction Kit. all i'll need to do is extend the MAF Sensor cable.
I'll post a picture of the dead SR and a quick photo of the T Sport. Needs a good polish but once i have i'll post some better ones.
Rory

Had a bit of work done on the T Sport over the bank holiday weekend. finally got round to fitting my Apex 40mm springs.
I also noticed that i was getting vibrating coming from the brakes when i was braking at high speeds. So had new Toyota brake pads and discs all round at the same time as fitting the spring. Thanks to my Dad he opened up the workshop for us to do it on Sunday at the local Toyota garage. Saved me loads on labour.
Also invested in a TRD badge for the front grill and one for the boot. Also got a new shiny T Sport badge for the boot too.
Here's a few pics. The car needs a good clean and when i'm done i'll get some better pics up.

I love the look of my car 40mm lowered, i didn't think it would look that different but it really does. Can't help but think it needs to sit on some 17's though, and a FL conversion.

So it's been a while. Got a bit of progress but not much.
Team Heko Wind deflectors
Some TTE custom made stickers
Some Wakaba stickers
New headlights
New badges all around
I also bought a viper induction kit 2nd hand. But, I think I got conned as all Im sure its not for a t sport.
