We have loads of gtir's around my parents house because my brother mods and services over 20 of them:) When i pulled up yesterday he though i had bought another gtir lol the sunny sr has a straight through s/s zhaust on it with a decat, it sounds just like my old gtir lol

Yeah im going to run the gtir engine on standard turbo at 1.3bar, 340ish bhp at the flywheel, with less transmision losses than the gtir:evil:

Transmission.... we have been talking about this, and my brother cant remember if its the p11 that has the lsd dif??? it will be either an almera gti gearbox or sunny gti box. thats if i cant find a box to match with the lsd dif in.

....and here you go stu, the pics i promised you of the broken wheel. ive tried to take these pictures at the best possible angles to give you an idea of the shape its in. as you can see, the crack isnt a big one, and there is a small flat spot, but that isnt a problem, as national tyres have balanced it out numerous times. pics.....

i managed to salvage the enkei badges off the centre caps you sent me, jim has had the centre caps.... these are the badges i have on at the mo, but all 4 original caps are present and correct, hopefully as a last resort you could fit the white badges to these caps...
