Monthly Club Fund Statement

Hello all.

This is something that we have been talking about for a while now, and now that there is a club account set-up and i am looking after the fund, i shall from now on be makeing regular updates on the status of the clubs finanaces.

Basically we are working on the princible that members can donate money towards the club fund if they so wish, this is a no obligation, Non-Committable venture.

Again, let me state, YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO DONATE.

But if you feel like you want to donate, to try and further the club along, and also to purchase communal amenities (Such as barbeque's, gizibo's etc) & club related advertisments (Banners, flyers etc) for the shows we attend and also towards the cost of the Web Hosting for the site, then please do so with our thanks.

Every pound we recieve will be shown on the monthly statement i'll post up, and every penny spent will be shown so that people can clearly see when, where and what was paid out.

Currantly there is between 8-10 people who have agreed to donate 1 pound a week to the fund. This weekly donation started last night.

If people would like to donate, obivously the money can passed to me at a club meet or at a show, sent to me (PM me), or in the future payment via paypal will be available.

i will pay up as soon as ive sorted what cash ive got spare mate by the time ive moved in and paid everything that needs to be paid

i'll sort somthing out with you too, but gonna have to wait till after xmas when the funds are better if thats ok

I'm sure I can squeeze something out of my loan, maybe in January when I get paid the next installment. Is it OK if I claim the student discount of 50p per week and donate £26? See you all in 2 weeks when I'm home guys!
